Simple Oatmeal Breakfast with Chia and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooked steel cut oats
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • ripe banana
  • sunflower seeds
  • raisins
  • mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Soak 1 TBS chia seeds in water for a few minutes.

  2. Cook 1/4 cup steel cut oats.

  3. Mix the cooked oats and soaked chia seeds together.

  4. Top the mixture with a ripe banana, sunflower seeds, raisins, and mini chocolate chips.
