Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 mango
- 1 kiwi
- 1/4 cup oats
- 6 walnut halves
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp baobab powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2-1 cup oatmilk @oatlyab
Preparation
We used 1/2 cup oatmilk but you might prefer to add a bit more as it was very thick
Great for eating with a spoon though
