Warm Maca Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed/chia seed
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maca powder
- pinch salt
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ?
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in sauce pan and then add in milk and mashed banana
Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken slightly
Remove from heat, stirring to make sure everything is evenly mixed
Then serve with fruit and nut butter
