Yummy Glazed Doughnuts


  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour 2/3 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons coconut sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup soy
  • almond
  • or rice milk 1/4 cup olive or coconut oil 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Chocolate Glaze


  1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, coconut sugar, and salt

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk nondairy milk, oil and vanilla

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk together quickly until just combined

  4. Do not over mix

  5. Pipe batter into the prepared donut pans and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
