Vegan Apple Pie Frappe Beverage

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla soya milk, coconut milk, or oat milk (or substitute with unflavored plant-based milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • 1 cup apple purée
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Whipped coconut cream for topping

Caramel

  • 3 tablespoons coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. Freeze the vanilla soya milk in ice cube trays overnight.

  2. Add the frozen milk cubes, apple purée, plant-based milk and cinnamon to your blender and blitz until smooth.

  3. For the caramel, whisk the coconut nectar, almond butter and salt together in a bowl.

  4. Drizzle the caramel inside your serving glasses and top with the apple pie frappe, whipped coconut cream and more of the salted caramel.

  5. Serve right away.
