Blue Chia and Blueberry Baobab Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of blueberries
- 1/2 cup amaranth pops
- 1 tablespoon baobab powder
Preparation
Soak 1/2 cup chia seeds in tea made from butterfly pea flowers.
Blend 1 frozen banana and a handful of blueberries.
Combine with 1/2 cup amaranth pops and 1 tablespoon baobab powder.
Serve the mixture as a cooling breakfast bowl.
