Blue Chia and Blueberry Baobab Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • butterfly pea flower tea
  • 1 frozen banana
  • handful of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup amaranth pops
  • 1 tablespoon baobab powder

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/2 cup chia seeds in tea made from butterfly pea flowers.

  2. Blend 1 frozen banana and a handful of blueberries.

  3. Combine with 1/2 cup amaranth pops and 1 tablespoon baobab powder.

  4. Serve the mixture as a cooling breakfast bowl.
