Chocolate Milk for Chia
Ingredients
- Blend in 1 tbsp raw cacao, 4-5 medjool dates, pinch of ground cinammon, pinch sea salt flakes to balance out with 11/2 cups of almond milk(any plant milk)
- Stir in a little more than 1 tbsp chia and mix well to avoid clumping (leave this in the fridge overnight)
- Cherry smoothie
- 1/4 of a cup pitted cherries, 1 frozen banana, 50 gms tofu (YES TOFU!!) splash of plant milk whizz to smooth
