Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Blondies
Ingredients
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1/2 C raspberry chia jam
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 C gluten free oats
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 C coconut oil
- 1/4 C rice malt or maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix the oats, coconut oil and honey and let soak for 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients except the jam and pour into a small brownie pan, top with the jam and use a sharp knife to make marble patterns.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
