Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1/2 C raspberry chia jam
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 C gluten free oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 C coconut oil
  • 1/4 C rice malt or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix the oats, coconut oil and honey and let soak for 15 minutes.

  3. Mix all ingredients except the jam and pour into a small brownie pan, top with the jam and use a sharp knife to make marble patterns.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
