Rainbow Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chia seeds
  • - 1.5 cups of plantbased milk (I mixed coconut and cashew)
  • - 3 teaspoons of maple syrup to sweeten

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and separate the mass into 3 different bowls

  2. For the pink layer add 1/4 cup mashed raspberries and some beetroot powder (optional)

  3. For the green layer add 1 teaspoon of matcha powder

  4. For the yellow section add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a pinch of cinnamon and some cardamom

  5. Let set for 20 min, then layer in a jar and put in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next morning and serve with fresh fruit!
