Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small handful of #blackberries
- (Ours are frozen; last years hedge row stash still going)
- 1 small handful of #blueberries
- 1 fig
- 1 tbsp of #chia seeds
- 1 small handful of #almonds
- 1 apple
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Small chunk of ginger
Preparation
Cover with nut milk, #coconut water or water & blitz until smooth…
Top with cacao nibs
