Ingredients

  • 1 small handful of #blackberries
  • (Ours are frozen; last years hedge row stash still going)
  • 1 small handful of #blueberries
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp of #chia seeds
  • 1 small handful of #almonds
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Small chunk of ginger

Preparation

  1. Cover with nut milk, #coconut water or water & blitz until smooth…

  2. Top with cacao nibs
