Healthy Berry Smoothie Bowl with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants)
  • 1 large dessert spoon coconut yoghurt

Toppings

  • white mulberries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • freeze dried raspberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings: white mulberries, pumpkin seeds, and freeze dried raspberries.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy. Note: Frozen berries are great because they don't spike blood sugar, are cheaper, and last longer.
