Healthy Berry Smoothie Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants)
- 1 large dessert spoon coconut yoghurt
Toppings
- white mulberries
- pumpkin seeds
- freeze dried raspberries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings: white mulberries, pumpkin seeds, and freeze dried raspberries.
Serve immediately and enjoy. Note: Frozen berries are great because they don't spike blood sugar, are cheaper, and last longer.
