Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen #bananas
  • 1/2 cup #blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of mixed #berries (#raspberries #blackberries #redcurrants)
  • 1 large dessert spoon of #coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Blend it all together & tip into a lovely bowl

  2. Topped it with our favourite white #mulberries @pipandnut #pumpkinseeds & freeze dried raspberries
