Ingredients
- Overnight Buckwheat turmeric Mango porridge topped with nuts and berries. Soak a cup of well rinsed white buckwheat groats over night
- next morning purée soaked buckwheat with a pinch of turmeric
- 1-2 cheeks of a ripe sweet mango or 1/2 medium banana
- pinch of black pepper
- one pitted date and enough almond milk to thin it out. Top as desired!! Enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast. H
