Ingredients

  • Overnight Buckwheat turmeric Mango porridge topped with nuts and berries. Soak a cup of well rinsed white buckwheat groats over night
  • next morning purée soaked buckwheat with a pinch of turmeric
  • 1-2 cheeks of a ripe sweet mango or 1/2 medium banana
  • pinch of black pepper
  • one pitted date and enough almond milk to thin it out. Top as desired!! Enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast. H
