Baked Apple Oats Crumble
Ingredients
Crumble
- 100g oats
- 50g ground almonds
- 50g coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp water
Filling
- 3 cooking apples
- some leftover apple juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Stew the cooking apples with leftover apple juice and maple syrup until soft
Mix the crumble ingredients together to form a topping
Assemble the dish by placing the stewed apples in a baking dish and covering with the crumble mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at around 180°C until the topping is golden and crispy
Serve warm, optionally with vanilla soya yoghurt or custard
