Immunity Boost Wellness Shot
Ingredients
- 1 inch peeled and grated fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Some cayenne pepper
Preparation
Peel and grate 1 inch of fresh ginger root.
Juice 1 lemon.
Combine the grated ginger, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a small container.
Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.
Consume immediately as a wellness shot.
