Quinoa Tabbouleh Style Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup of coconut oil popped and cooked quinoa @thesourceunitedkingdom
- 1/2 blood orange
- 1 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 chopped oven roasted beetroots
- 1/2 of blood orange- chopped
- 1 chopped spring onion
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 5 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp of zest of blood orange
- juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbs of olive oil @mr_organic
- salt and pepper
- all combined well together and enjoyed by everyone. .
