Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peppermint tea (made the night before and kept in the fridge to cool)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen organic banana
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 cube freshly frozen spiraveg spirulina
  • 1 tsp raw honey (to taste, if necessary)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon. .

Preparation

  1. Add coconut milk, banana, raw cacao, peppermint tea, honey and cinnamon to blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Add 1 cube freshly frozen spirulina and allow to thaw before stirring in to mix completely
