Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peppermint tea (made the night before and kept in the fridge to cool)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 cube freshly frozen spiraveg spirulina
- 1 tsp raw honey (to taste, if necessary)
- 1 pinch cinnamon. .
Preparation
Add coconut milk, banana, raw cacao, peppermint tea, honey and cinnamon to blender and blitz until smooth
Add 1 cube freshly frozen spirulina and allow to thaw before stirring in to mix completely
