Sweet Nutcracker Porridge with Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 Tbsp erythitrol gold
  • 2 Tsp cocoa powder
  • Handful of peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • Milk chocolate, moulded and brushed with edible lustre

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, milk, erythitrol gold, and cocoa powder in a pot.

  2. Cook until thickened, either on the hob or in the microwave.

  3. Top with a handful of peanuts and a tablespoon of caramel sauce.

  4. Decorate with moulded milk chocolate brushed with edible lustre.
