Veganpizza
Ingredients
- 600g flour
- 1 tsp fast action yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1tbsp sugar
- 50ml olive oil
- 420ml water
Preparation
Mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Leave to prove in a warm place until doubled in size. Divide and roll out into pizza bases. Flour your trays so they don’t stick
I made 3 pizzas with this recipe which makes for quite a thick crust. Usually we make about 5 slightly smaller and much thinner bases
