Veganpizza

Ingredients

  • 600g flour
  • 1 tsp fast action yeast
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 420ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Leave to prove in a warm place until doubled in size. Divide and roll out into pizza bases. Flour your trays so they don’t stick

  2. I made 3 pizzas with this recipe which makes for quite a thick crust. Usually we make about 5 slightly smaller and much thinner bases
