Winter Party Eggnog
Ingredients
- 100g cashew nuts
- 350ml plant based milk
- 140 coconut milk
- 4 dates
- 1/2ts cinnamon
- 1 vanilla
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 140ml rum
Preparation
Soak cashew nuts in water for 2 hours
Pour the water away and mix with all the other ingredients besides the rum
In a mixer until smooth
Mix in the rum and serve on ice
