Cacao Ginger Smoothie with Banana and Dates
Ingredients
- 7 ice cubes
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 1 good chunk of fresh ginger
- 2 dates
- 30g cashew nuts
- 150 ml almond milk
Preparation
Ideally, soak cashew nuts overnight in water.
Blend all ingredients until rich, thick and smooth.
