Cacao Ginger Smoothie with Banana and Dates

Ingredients

  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 good chunk of fresh ginger
  • 2 dates
  • 30g cashew nuts
  • 150 ml almond milk

Preparation

  1. Ideally, soak cashew nuts overnight in water.

  2. Blend all ingredients until rich, thick and smooth.
