Easy 10-Minute Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ITALIAN blend
  • 2 to 3 pinches of ground cinnamon
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and shredded, or 1 (12-ounce) bag preshredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 teaspoon TRIFECTA blend
  • 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled, for serving (optional)

Preparation

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Place the pork in the hot skillet, season with ITALIAN blend and cinnamon, and stir to incorporate.

  3. Cook the meat for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

  4. Add the Brussels sprouts, season with TRIFECTA blend, and continue cooking for another 8 to 10 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts have softened and the meat is cooked through.

  5. Sprinkle the goat cheese on top before serving, if desired.
