Fried Eggs with Kale and Wild Garlic
Ingredients
- Chopped kale
- Clarified butter
- A few wild garlic leaves
- Black sesame to taste
- 1 small teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add chopped kale and sauté on medium heat until softened.
When kale starts to soften, add chopped wild garlic leaves. Sauté for a bit longer to release aromas.
Add black sesame and honey. Season with salt to taste. Mix well to combine ingredients.
Crack 3 eggs onto the pan. Fry until whites are set and yolks are slightly runny, or to your preferred consistency.
Serve on a plate, optionally sprinkle with additional sesame or fresh herbs for decoration.
