Layered Potato and Tomato Omelette

Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 lavash bread
  • some pizza cheese

Preparation

  1. Slice the potatoes and arrange them in a pan with oil, fry both sides lightly

  2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top

  3. Add salt and black pepper, cover the pan and let it cook a bit

  4. Pour in the beaten eggs and cover again

  5. When partially cooked, place the lavash bread, cut to the size of the pan, on top and press down

  6. Flip the omelette

  7. Sprinkle pizza cheese on one side and cover with half the mixture

  8. When both sides are crispy, it is ready
