Easy Potato and Sausage Omelette
Ingredients
- Baby potatoes
- A little oil
- Sausage
- 2 eggs
- Grated cheese
Preparation
Peel and slice baby potatoes into rings, then fry in a little oil until golden on both sides.
Sprinkle sausage pieces in between the potatoes.
Beat 2 eggs well and pour over the mixture.
Immediately sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Cook on low heat until the egg is set.
Slice and serve.
