Easy Potato and Sausage Omelette

Ingredients

  • Baby potatoes
  • A little oil
  • Sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • Grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice baby potatoes into rings, then fry in a little oil until golden on both sides.

  2. Sprinkle sausage pieces in between the potatoes.

  3. Beat 2 eggs well and pour over the mixture.

  4. Immediately sprinkle grated cheese on top.

  5. Cook on low heat until the egg is set.

  6. Slice and serve.
