Turkish Gözleme with Sausage and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 sheet of yufka
- 1 egg
- Sausage, to taste
- Grated kaşar cheese, to taste
- Mushrooms, to taste
- Olive oil
- Cheddar cheese, to taste
- Salt
Preparation
Fold the yufka from both sides.
Beat the egg with salt and spread it in a square shape over the yufka.
Add all the fillings including sausage, cheese, and mushrooms.
Fold the yufka from the other two sides.
Place in a pan, oil both sides, and cook until done.
