Turkish Gözleme with Sausage and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of yufka
  • 1 egg
  • Sausage, to taste
  • Grated kaşar cheese, to taste
  • Mushrooms, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Cheddar cheese, to taste
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. Fold the yufka from both sides.

  2. Beat the egg with salt and spread it in a square shape over the yufka.

  3. Add all the fillings including sausage, cheese, and mushrooms.

  4. Fold the yufka from the other two sides.

  5. Place in a pan, oil both sides, and cook until done.
