Breakfast Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • Crinkle cut chips
  • Veggie bacon pieces
  • Spray oil
  • Deliciou original bacon seasoning
  • 3 Lincolnshire sausages
  • Vine tomatoes
  • Baked beans
  • 15g extra mature cheddar
  • 40g grated mozzarella
  • Egg

Preparation

  1. Hand cut chips with a crinkle cut blade, then wash, dry, spray, season, and cook in an air fryer.

  2. Pan fry veggie bacon pieces with spray oil and bacon seasoning.

  3. Cook Lincolnshire sausages and cut them up.

  4. Roast vine tomatoes.

  5. Mix all components in a skillet and top with baked beans.

  6. Add grated cheddar and mozzarella, then grill until cheese melts and browns.

  7. Fry an egg and place it on top.
