Crispy Hashbrowns and Fried Eggs Brunch

Ingredients

  • potato
  • oil or butter
  • eggs
  • spinach
  • feta cheese
  • berries
  • oranges

Preparation

  1. Peel and shred the potato.

  2. Use a paper towel to squeeze out excess liquid from the shredded potato.

  3. Form the potato into flat hashbrowns.

  4. Cook the hashbrowns in a pan with oil or butter until both sides are crispy.

  5. Fry the eggs in a pan until cooked to your liking.

  6. Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted, then add feta cheese.

  7. Serve with berries and orange slices.
