Crispy Hashbrowns and Fried Eggs Brunch
Ingredients

- oil or butter
- eggs
- spinach
- feta cheese
- berries

Preparation
Peel and shred the potato.
Use a paper towel to squeeze out excess liquid from the shredded potato.
Form the potato into flat hashbrowns.
Cook the hashbrowns in a pan with oil or butter until both sides are crispy.
Fry the eggs in a pan until cooked to your liking.
Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted, then add feta cheese.
Serve with berries and orange slices.
