Brunch with Sourdough and Egg Scramble

Ingredients

  • fresh sourdough bread
  • greek yogurt
  • raspberries
  • peanut butter
  • spinach
  • feta cheese
  • eggs
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.

  2. Spread greek yogurt evenly over the toasted bread.

  3. Top with fresh raspberries.

  4. Drizzle with peanut butter.

  5. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beaten eggs.

  7. Stir in spinach and cook until eggs are set and spinach is wilted.

  8. Add feta cheese and avocado, then mix well and serve.
