Easy Smoothie Bowl with Fruits and Granola
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp oats soaked overnight in soy milk
- 1 frozen pear
- 1/3 cup soy milk
- 1 sachet black currant powder
- Handful of granola
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a thick smooth consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.
Transfer the mixture into bowls, sprinkle with granola, fresh or frozen fruits, and serve.
