Easy Smoothie Bowl with Fruits and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp oats soaked overnight in soy milk
  • 1 frozen pear
  • 1/3 cup soy milk
  • 1 sachet black currant powder
  • Handful of granola

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until a thick smooth consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.

  2. Transfer the mixture into bowls, sprinkle with granola, fresh or frozen fruits, and serve.
