Easy Vegan Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 9.5 tbsp plant-based cream (e.g., coconut, oat etc)
- 250g dark chocolate
- Sea salt (to taste) (optional)
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- Culinary grade orange or raspberry extract (optional)
- Maple syrup (to taste) (optional)
- Up to 6 tbsp nut butter of choice (optional)
Preparation
Gently heat the plant-based cream in a pan until warm but not boiling. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, cover with a paper towel, and leave for a few minutes.
Stir the mixture until smooth and melted. If needed, apply gentle heat to melt completely without splitting.
If using optional add-ins, stir them in. Set aside until firm enough to handle, refrigerating if necessary.
Roll into truffle balls and coat with desired toppings. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Use high-quality dark chocolate for better results.
Finely chop the chocolate before use to ensure even melting.
