Green Smoothie Bowl with Pear and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1 small apple
  • Chunk of ginger
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

Toppings

  • cacao granola
  • chia seeds
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Top with cacao granola, chia seeds, and blueberries
