Stress-Relieving Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Kale
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- a handful of Trader Joe's frozen berry medley
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- almond milk
Toppings
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Rice Krispies
- strawberries
Preparation
Blend the base ingredients with almond milk until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Add the toppings: chia seeds, Rice Krispies, and strawberries.
Customize with any additional fresh fruits or toppings as desired.
