Stress-Relieving Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • a handful of Trader Joe's frozen berry medley
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • almond milk

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Rice Krispies
  • strawberries

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients with almond milk until smooth.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add the toppings: chia seeds, Rice Krispies, and strawberries.

  4. Customize with any additional fresh fruits or toppings as desired.
