Healthy Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dessert spoon homemade almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Happy Happy Hemp and Baobab protein powder
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 small chunk fresh ginger
  • Splash unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • Bee pollen grains
  • Coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with bee pollen grains.

  4. Stir in coconut yoghurt.
