Overnight Oatmeal with Protein and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- blueberries and strawberries
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour half of the mixture into a mason jar and add your favorite fruit, such as blueberries and strawberries.
Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.
Put the lid on the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
