Overnight Oats with Apricot Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • apricot
  • blueberries
  • hemp seeds
  • almond butter
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight to allow them to soften.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as preferred.

  3. Sauté the apricot in a pan greased with coconut oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add the remaining toppings such as blueberries, hemp seeds, almond butter, and coconut flakes to the oats mixture.
