Overnight Oats with Apricot Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- apricot
- blueberries
- hemp seeds
- almond butter
- coconut flakes
Preparation
Soak the ingredients overnight to allow them to soften.
In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as preferred.
Sauté the apricot in a pan greased with coconut oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the remaining toppings such as blueberries, hemp seeds, almond butter, and coconut flakes to the oats mixture.
