Cozy Overnight Oats with Sautéed Bananas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
- Coconut oil
- Bananas
- Raspberry
- Flakes
- Almond butter
Preparation
Combine 1/2 cup gluten-free oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup frozen zucchini, and 1 cup nut milk in a bowl.
Cover and soak in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, the zucchini should soften; cut it up if desired.
Eat the oats cold or heat them up as preferred.
For toppings, grease a pan with coconut oil, heat to high then reduce to medium heat, and sauté banana rings on one side only for about 2 minutes.
Top the oats with sautéed bananas, raspberry, flakes, and almond butter.
