Cozy Overnight Oats with Sautéed Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • Coconut oil
  • Bananas
  • Raspberry
  • Flakes
  • Almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine 1/2 cup gluten-free oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup frozen zucchini, and 1 cup nut milk in a bowl.

  2. Cover and soak in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, the zucchini should soften; cut it up if desired.

  4. Eat the oats cold or heat them up as preferred.

  5. For toppings, grease a pan with coconut oil, heat to high then reduce to medium heat, and sauté banana rings on one side only for about 2 minutes.

  6. Top the oats with sautéed bananas, raspberry, flakes, and almond butter.
