Easy Overnight Oatmeal Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Toppings

  • Banana
  • frozen raspberry
  • @grounduppdx nut butter
  • @salbachia chocolate chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight; cut up the zucchini after it softens if desired.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
