Easy Overnight Oatmeal Bowl Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Toppings
- Banana
- frozen raspberry
- @grounduppdx nut butter
- @salbachia chocolate chia seeds
- pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Soak the ingredients overnight; cut up the zucchini after it softens if desired.
In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
