Vegan Full English Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Lincolnshire sausages
  • Wholemeal bread
  • Baked beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Vegan black pudding
  • Onion rings
  • Hash browns
  • Tomatoes
  • Egg
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mustard

Preparation

  1. Cook the sausages in a frying pan until browned and cooked through.

  2. Fry the mushrooms in a little oil until softened.

  3. Roast the tomatoes in the oven or fry them until charred.

  4. Fry the egg to your liking.

  5. Toast the wholemeal bread until golden.

  6. Heat the baked beans in a saucepan.

  7. Cook the hash browns and onion rings according to package instructions or fry until crispy.

  8. Cook the vegan black pudding as per package directions.

  9. Arrange all components on a plate and serve with tomato sauce and mustard.
