Açaí, Cherry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 packet of frozen açaí berries (100g)
- 2 small bananas
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 measuring cup of fresh or frozen cherries
Toppings
- granola
- chia seeds
- cherries
- sliced banana
- chunk of dark chocolate
- chocolate drizzle
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a blender. If your blender is not high-powered, thaw the açaí slightly and add a splash of liquid if it struggles.
Blend until smooth.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds, cherries, sliced banana, a chunk of dark chocolate, and chocolate drizzle.
