Açaí, Cherry and Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of frozen açaí berries (100g)
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 measuring cup of fresh or frozen cherries

Toppings

  • granola
  • chia seeds
  • cherries
  • sliced banana
  • chunk of dark chocolate
  • chocolate drizzle

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender. If your blender is not high-powered, thaw the açaí slightly and add a splash of liquid if it struggles.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Scoop the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds, cherries, sliced banana, a chunk of dark chocolate, and chocolate drizzle.
