Beetroot and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 4 tbsps frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp. of Omega 3 Superpowder
- 1 tsp Beetroot powder
- 1 handful of soaked cashews
- 1 dessert spoonful of overnight mylk soaked chia seeds
- a good splash of Rebel Kitchen whole mylk
Toppings
- blueberries
- coconut chips
- chopped cashew nuts
- spoonful of soaked chia seeds
- cacao nibs
- sprinkling of beetroot powder
Preparation
Go grab a jam jar, add a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds, and fill 3/4 with Rebel Kitchen plant-based milk.
This preparation releases loads of fiber and thickens smoothies brilliantly.
