Beetroot and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsps frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp. of Omega 3 Superpowder
  • 1 tsp Beetroot powder
  • 1 handful of soaked cashews
  • 1 dessert spoonful of overnight mylk soaked chia seeds
  • a good splash of Rebel Kitchen whole mylk

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • coconut chips
  • chopped cashew nuts
  • spoonful of soaked chia seeds
  • cacao nibs
  • sprinkling of beetroot powder

Preparation

  1. Go grab a jam jar, add a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds, and fill 3/4 with Rebel Kitchen plant-based milk.

  2. This preparation releases loads of fiber and thickens smoothies brilliantly.
