Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup assorted fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup steamed then frozen sweet potato
- 1 packet Align Probiotic ginger kombucha on-the-go
- 1/3 cup nut milk
- optional 1 scoop protein of choice
Toppings
- granola
- coconut flakes
- blueberries
Preparation
Prepare the kombucha by mixing the packet with water or as per package instructions
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
