Blueberry Lemon Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup assorted fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup steamed then frozen sweet potato
  • 1 packet Align Probiotic ginger kombucha on-the-go
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • optional 1 scoop protein of choice

Toppings

  • granola
  • coconut flakes
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Prepare the kombucha by mixing the packet with water or as per package instructions

  2. Blend all base ingredients until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
