  • 1/2 cup steamed then frozen zuchini
  • 1/2 cup papaya or assorted frozen berries
  • half ?
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • optional 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • optional 1 scoop protein of choice (my fav is @vitalproteins or @nuzest_usa pea protein)
  • Toppings
  • Peanut Butter Banana Muffins ? (recipe on my blog, links in story) + coconut ? flake + cacao nibs + hemp seeds + ? chips
