Gluten-Free, Vegan Kale Crêpe Filled with Spicy Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 middle sweet potatoes (boiled or baked)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin
- salt & white pepper
- 1 fine chopped white onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
All u need to do is to fry the onion on oiled pan until gold, smash the potatoes with a fork , adding all the ingredients to a bowl & mix all together until smooth
Fill the crepes & serve with fresh tomatoes, avocado , hempseeds , parlsley lil bit salt & fresh ground pepper
