Gluten-Free, Vegan Kale Crêpe Filled with Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 middle sweet potatoes (boiled or baked)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin
  • salt & white pepper
  • 1 fine chopped white onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

  1. All u need to do is to fry the onion on oiled pan until gold, smash the potatoes with a fork , adding all the ingredients to a bowl & mix all together until smooth

  2. Fill the crepes & serve with fresh tomatoes, avocado , hempseeds , parlsley lil bit salt & fresh ground pepper
