Grilled Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Avocado
Ingredients
- 2 large flat mushrooms
- A good handful of baby plum tomatoes
- A little extra virgin olive oil
- Avocado
- Mixed seeds
Preparation
Brush the mushrooms and tomatoes with a little extra virgin olive oil.
