Homemade Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen bananas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 40ml maple syrup
  • 40ml coconut cream
  • 2 heaped tsp matcha powder

Optional toppings

  • dessicated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend everything in a high speed blender

  2. Transfer it to a container, seal and freeze overnight

  3. Take it out, cut into small pieces and blend again when ready to eat so it’s nice and creamy

  4. Top with dessicated coconut or anything really and enjoy
