Delicious Chocolate Ganache Tart
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream or oat cream
- 300g good quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
- Pinch salt, to taste
- Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
- Fresh fruits, to serve (recommended)
Preparation
Very gently heat the cream in a pan on a low heat until it is warm but not boiling. Remove from the hob, then add your chocolate. Cover with a clean tea towel and allow to stand for a few minutes. Stir until melted, applying gentle heat if necessary. Add maple syrup and salt to taste.
Pour over anything you fancy, then allow to firm up in the fridge. Serve topped with fresh fruits.
