Strawberry and Apple Yoghurt Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • yoghurt
  • fresh strawberries
  • juicy apple cubes
  • cinnamon
  • flax flour
  • oat flakes

Preparation

  1. Cook the basic oatmeal by mixing 50 g whole grain rolled oats with 250 ml water or milk of choice and a pinch of salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oats together with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

  3. Top with yoghurt, fresh strawberries, juicy apple cubes, some more cinnamon, flax flour, and oat flakes for decoration.
