Vegan Kale Crepe with Spicy Sweet Potato Filling
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 white onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
Fry the onion in oil until golden.
Smash the sweet potatoes with a fork.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Fill the crepes with the mixture.
Serve with fresh tomatoes, avocado, hemp seeds, parsley, a little salt, and fresh ground pepper.
