Blueberry Crumble Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 dl blueberries
  • 1 dl brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 dl oats
  • 2 dl oat flour/buckwheat flour
  • 1 dl brown sugar
  • 0,5 dl coconut oil
  • 0,5 dl oatmilk

Preparation

  1. In a tin, add the blueberries in the bottom. Mix brown sugar and potato flour together and sprinkle it on top of the blueberries

  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend

  3. Crumble the dough on top of the pie and put the pie in the oven for around 30 min on 200 degrees

  4. Its done when the pie is golden on the top

  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream
