Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- * 2 tbsp vegan palm sugar
- * 5 mashed ripe bananas
- * 1 cup blueberries
- * 1 teaspoon vanilla
- * 1 cup almond or soymilk
- * 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
- * 2 cups almond flour
- * 1 tspn baking soda
- * 1 tspn Matcha Powder * chopped spinach (optional)
- * 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice macadamia, walnuts or almonds
Preparation
Heat oven to 350° f
Use 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan
In large bowl, beat sugar, bananas, and vanilla until smooth
Stir in almond milk and vinegar
Add flour, baking soda; stir just until moistened
Stir in your favorite nuts (macadamia, walnuts or almonds)
Pour into pan
Bake for 1 hour and let cool! enjoy!!
