Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • * 2 tbsp vegan palm sugar
  • * 5 mashed ripe bananas
  • * 1 cup blueberries
  • * 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • * 1 cup almond or soymilk
  • * 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
  • * 2 cups almond flour
  • * 1 tspn baking soda
  • * 1 tspn Matcha Powder * chopped spinach (optional)
  • * 1/2 cup chopped nuts of choice macadamia, walnuts or almonds

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350° f

  2. Use 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan

  3. In large bowl, beat sugar, bananas, and vanilla until smooth

  4. Stir in almond milk and vinegar

  5. Add flour, baking soda; stir just until moistened

  6. Stir in your favorite nuts (macadamia, walnuts or almonds)

  7. Pour into pan

  8. Bake for 1 hour and let cool! enjoy!!
